From the "Atta-Girl" File

My "Atta-Girl" file contains positive notes I have received from clients, colleagues or teammates on my work.  It's a great way to remind myself of my capabilities if I start to feel disheartened or bogged down. I was encouraged to start doing this by a mentor when I was new to the industry and, in turn, I've encouraged others to keep their own "Atta-Girl/Boy" files.  Identifying information has been removed, but I will be happy to share this information privately if requested.
